Orders and delivery
Where do you deliver?+
To mainland France, by La Poste, with tracked Colissimo.
How much does delivery cost?+
Delivery costs 5.90 EUR. It is free on orders from 45 EUR.
When will I receive my order?+
Allow 3 to 6 working days. Each order is prepared at the Rouen atelier, the pieces wrapped in tissue paper, and you receive the tracking number on the day it is dispatched.
How can I pay?+
By card, on a secure payment page (Stripe). A discount code can be entered on that same page.
Do you offer gift wrapping?+
Yes, for 1 EUR: tick “Gift wrapping” in the basket. Without this option, your pieces are still sent in tissue paper.
Can I return a piece?+
Yes: you have 14 days from receipt to return a piece from the catalogue, new and in its packaging. Write to contact@maisonedwige.fr to arrange the return. Personalised pieces (with a charm, a press stud or an embroidery) and bespoke pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
A piece arrived damaged. What should I do?+
Write to contact@maisonedwige.fr within 7 days of receipt, with a photo of the piece. Eva will reply and find a solution with you.
The pieces
Are the pieces handmade?+
Yes. Eva imagines and makes each piece in her Rouen atelier, on a sewing machine, in series of 50 pieces. Every piece is topstitched, for a clean, lasting finish. When a fabric runs out, the series ends.
Where do the fabrics come from?+
Eva chooses them one by one for each collection; the house does not design its own prints. Fabric offcuts are reused, and the series stay small.
Which bandana size should I choose for my dog?+
Size S: up to 38 cm around the neck. Size M: 39 to 46 cm. Size L: 47 to 62 cm. The bandana is tied, so it adjusts within its size. The size guide suggests a size based on your dog's breed or weight; if in doubt, measure the base of the neck, where the collar sits, leaving two fingers' room.

It ties around your dog's neck; where you place the knot sets the size. It can also have a press stud, for 1 EUR, to choose on its page.
Can I have a piece embroidered?+
Yes: a first name or initials, for 4 EUR, to enter on the piece's page before adding it to the basket. An embroidered piece is made for you: it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I order a bespoke piece?+
Yes: another fabric, another size, a matching set for you and your dog. Describe your idea: Eva replies within 48 hours.
